Bush rips right wing nuts who claim all are equal in America...
George W. Bush, putative President of the United States spat in the faces of his rightwing supporters by stating that Martin Luther King, Jr. was right and they were wrong:

“At the dawn of this new century, America can be proud of the progress we have made toward equality, but we all must recognize we have more to do,” Bush said during a Martin Luther King Jr. holiday celebration at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. “The reason to honor Martin Luther King is to remember his strength of character and his leadership, but also to remember the remaining work.”

1. That would give me hope...
if I believed for a moment that he wrote that himself, or believed it at any level.

3. Oh, yeah, the Republican party has come a long way.
Without any tweak of conscience, even a Christian Right Leader helps bilk an American Indian tribe for millions...well, they're not white, are they? With almost patriotic loyalty, people who voted for Bush call for the annihiliation of every Iraqi in the country. Kill them all, they say.

Yep, I'm sure this has nothing to do with inherent prejudice ingrained in the kind of person who would vote for Bush.
