the courts to approve any evesdropping. Now he changed his story.

6. And now Laura is sent out to "reframe" the issue by saying "Oh I think
there should be domestic spying". Yes Laura - we all know domestic spying goes on. And if you don't have the time, like say in a war, you can hire a possy of lawyers to fill out the forms - after the fact -give yourself an extension of a few months if there really are that many.

Only reason for not doing that is TO SET A PRECEDENT.
