The good little propagandist over at Fucks News are in full "prop up the Bushmeister before Democrats kick our asses in November mode".

Next thing you know they'll produce photos of Saddam shaking hands with Osama Bin Laden (or was that Donald Rumsfeld). Anyway, here goes the "catapulting of the propaganda".

A newly released document appears to provide evidence that in 1999 the Taliban welcomed "Islamic relations with Iraq" to mediate among the Taliban, the Northern Alliance and Russia, and that the Taliban invited Iraqi officials to Afghanistan.

The document, captured in Iraq but never before seen by the public, offers glimmers of new insight at the Pentagon's Foreign Military Studies Office Web site. The FMSO is a research and analysis center under the U.S. Army's Training and Doctrine Command.

This particular document mentions two men with similar names, each with ties to Pakistani religious schools known as madrassas, Jihad training camps, the Taliban and Al Qaeda."

I mean just to be fair and balanced, shouldn't pre-9/11 Bush dealing with the Taliban be included. If talking to the Taliban means you are a terrorist, and Bush people talked to the Taliban, then...

I'm thinking of it amounted to the Tailibans people getting ahold of Saddam's people and saying "maybe we should do lunch sometime". What was interesting was Faux changed Taliban to Al-Quieda in one sentence.
