1. I don't think so, I've been looking for a report and haven't seen one....

2. Well, I didn't SIT and watch it

but had it on while I was cooking supper. From what I heard, LK actually asked some decent questions - or at least it wasn't totally as feel good as I've come to expect from LK and the Bushes went back and forth between spouting the usual talking points, and acting completely clueless but 'concerned'. W was his usual arrogant self. Pretty much gave the air of someone who has their mind made up and nothing was going to change it. The "I'd rather be right than popular" line is indicative of his answers.
Both Bushes also seem to not 'worry' themselves too much about the state of affairs right now. Some answers were along the line of W's Bin Laden quote "I just don't spend that much time on him" - you know, he had lots of nice ways of saying he doesn't really give a shit. LK wasn't hard hitting by any means, but he wasn't Fox news either.
