So I just called Joementum's office about the debate last night

A nice young man did his job in listening and not interrupting and promised to pass my message on.

I said I am not from his state's constituency, that I *am* a total Dem voter for more years than I care to say, that my votes have gone to all stripes of Dems whether my first choice or not, that regarding the debate I FURIOUSLY WISH Senator (Joementum) had behaved that aggressively and with a will-to-win when he faced CHEENEE in 2000. (The young dude chuckled at that point.)

I said that I appreciate (Joementum's) actually being a good Dem on most issues, that I have even defended him a couple of times in discussion board brawls here, but that his playing footsie with Shrub-CHEENEE "is JUST TERRIBLE."

The dude assured me he will pass the message on up.
