MEXICO: Who sits on the election tribunal?
I just just reading that the tribunal, an independent outfit created to look at voting conflicts in Mexico, *does* have the power to open every ballot box and recount the votes. All I had been hearing is how the IFE said over and over again that they couldn't do that (which I guess that can't), but they made it seem like Lopez-Obrador's request was illegal. Turns out, the tribunal can order it. And the question will certainly go to the tribunal. The question is, who sits on the tribunal? Does it lean in any direction?

1. IMO, it won't matter if the ballots ARE recounted. The fix is in. nt
