5. It was leaked, which the NY official said was a bummer

New York Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly was interviewed by Ray Suarez on the News Hour with
Jim Lehrer tonight about this. Right now, all they had was a plan from the internet, apparently only 3 of the 8 people are in custody, they had eavesdropped on these people for a year and all they have is the e-mails. He said somebody leaked it way too soon. Wonder who? Could this be a distraction from "it's not a crime when we do it" to distract from N. Korea's missiles-remember we don't talk to N. Korea.
