So far, they're stopping plots with no evidence other than loose lips.

The Miami 7 is another example. A group of homeless young men with no money, etc. When they "busted" the warehouse the guys had been living in, they found Christian pictures hanging on the walls along with kids drawings from the movie Shrek.
