When I saw that shirt, my mind flipped to those obnoxious green high heels one of the twins wore in that family pic from election night in 04. The photo of bush and Laura coming in from the helicopter showed he KNEW he lost the election. Then the green shoes and numbers started changing fast... hmmm

So, I saw that shirt Tuesday and thought Who & what is that a signal to and about.

Then Lay turns up dead... well it was reported that way. I'm from Missouri and hard to convince ;)

and colorful clothes in my day BUT that big wild red & white pattern would be pushing it just a bit even for me. ;)

Actually there would be one way I probably WOULD wear it... if a very close loved one, like my spouse, my child or grandchild, chose it for me, wanted me to wear it and would be very hurt if I didn't... thankfully my loved ones all have much better taste then that B-) ... well unless they MEANT it as a "gag gift". :evilgrin:

Another Fashion Faux Pas, like the trousers and lab coat ensemble elsewhere in GD. Seems to run in family...mom dresses dreadfully, as does wife and daughters. Proof that good taste and money do not always go together. One would think after several generations someone would clue them in, but nooo...

Mind you, where I live, the Hawaiian-style print shirt is considered almost formalwear, but this is a resort area...and it gets hot, too. Washington DC, this ain't.
