Another reason why the immigration and antiwar issues are connected
A federal program which began in 2002 allows green-card holders to become citizens after serving one year in the military to fight the "War on Terror". Normally, it takes at least five years for an immigrant with a green card to become naturalized.

So far, 25,000 immigrants have become citizens this way. No telling how many were killed before their year was up.

4. This is what the Romans used to do. They would hire
the barbarians as Roman soldiers, hoping they would get killed before they had to honor their promises of Roman citizenship and a farm. We see what happened to Rome.

Green Card cannon-fodder.

Everytime I think that this administration can't get much lower, they manage to dispel any such notion.
