Has that idiot coulter responded yet to the plagiarism charges?
Or has her bullshit finally caught up to her? hope so, I'm just finding it very interesting the echo chamber effect we are getting from that moron. I generally don't like to wish any evil upon anyone but since that's all she deals in, I wish her a double dose of life altering evil.

and has there been any movement on her little voter fraud case in Florida?

1. I thought her response was...
that the NY Post is the 2nd crappiest paper in NYC?

No actual refutation of the plagiarism charges, however.

"We have reviewed the allegations of plagiarism surrounding Godless and found them to be as trivial and meritless as they are irresponsible. Any author is entitled to do what Ann Coulter has done in the three snippets cited: research and report facts. The number of words used by our author in these snippets is so minimal that there is no requirement for attribution. As an experienced author and attorney, Ms. Coulter knows when attribution is appropriate, as underscored by the nineteen pages of hundreds of endnotes contained in Godless." --Steve Ross, Senior Vice President and Publisher, Crown Publishing Group and Publisher, Crown Forum imprint.
=========

While Ann Coulter is a horrible person, I agree with Crown Publishing that a few short passages which are similar and not word-for-word which don't have attribution is no big deal.

The passages are shown in a Keith Olbermann piece, and they're just statements of fact. It's not like the opinions plagiarized by that right-wing blogger the Washington Post fired a week after hiring him.

9. The three snippets are not the only problem here
check the rude pundit for a lengthy list of Ann's cut and pasting.
Be warned, his language is a little, well, rude.

7. No, but she has attacked the liberal wacko New York Post
This will be a very interesting test to see if it dooms her or she just blows it off. I really don't know which way it will go. On the one hand, a number of conservatives and Republicans are embarrassed by Coulter, but she sells books (I know, I know, bulk buying, but sales are sales to publishers) and that may make her publisher and th UPI reluctant to throw her overboard.

TV shows I don't have to watch and hosts a radio show I don't have to tune in, I could give a damn...life's too short. She sounds like a carnival side show and I assume most people realize that. :shrug:

10. Does anybody really care if Goebbels plagiarized?
Actually, it seems like a lot of writers on the right are plagiarizing him.
