I'm sure Karl Rove must be standing on the street next to the explosion interviewing all the people around. But, repeat: It does not appear to be terror related. Got it? It does not appear to be "TERROR" related...

Then back to Candy Crowley to rehash the same 2 details we've heard all morning, followed by Anderson Cooper, who's holding a tearful candlelight vigil for the rodents and insects who were harmed in this tragedy.

Next we'll see replays of Osama bin Laden's video hits, just to imagine what the scene *might* be like if it *had* been terror-related.
