WH Accuses Clinton of Sending ‘Flowers and Chocolates’ To Jong Il (video)
Facing increasing criticism of their North Korea policy from the right and left, White House Press Secretary Tony Snow lashed out at the Clinton administration. Snow accused the Clinton administration of going to North Korea with “flowers and chocolates.” He said the Clinton strategy “failed” and President Bush had “learned from that mistake.” Watch it:

1. And during that time, Kim ceased processing plutonium
Odd how what works is derided by folks who are trying to sell a policy that demonstrably doesn't work.

4. That's it! Next time my boss yells at me for screwing up...
...I'm gonna blame the guy who had my job six years ago. It isn't my fault that he set such a low standard that I've been trying to live down to ever since. Sheesh!

6. That's what I call revisionist history. Bush backed out of the
agreements that Clinton made. After that the nuclear work was re-started.

7. Attention White House: Clinton hasn't been in residence for almost 6 years
Blaming Clinton for everything is really getting old. People know he hasn't been in charge for many years now. It's time to grow up and begin accepting responsibility for your own short comings, of which there are many, and all of them quite considerable!

8. So basically Bush is admitting that he hasn't done shit
in the past five years. I mean wasn't that what all of the right wing hoopla was all about when Bush took office? That he could set things right?

Well here it is, 5 years later and they still suffer from Clintonitis.

And bush does not "learn" from anything. These conservative morons jack off in the white house while thinking of Bill Clinton and his monstrous liberal cock.

16. The Clinton strategy was six years ago. What failed was the Bush strategy
What's Bush saying? That he's been following the Clinton strategy for these six years? Is that why he cancelled all of Clinton's deals with NK?

NK was pretty quiet under Clinton. Bill knew how to deal with the nut in charge over there. It's Bush who doesn't know how to handle him. Maybe if he took Kerry's advice and actually met with them one on one they'd get somewhere.

NK mostly sabre-rattles because otherwise they don't get taken seriously. Though this current activity is probably a step up from that. Thanks Bush.

You'd think it would be getting harder to blame things on Clinton from this far away. Do you think people remember the relative peace and prosperity of the Clinton years? I hope they do, and see through the bullshit.

17. After you cancel all of Clinton's deals, don't forget to call him names
and make fun of him. Call him a dwarf, spoiled rich kid and evil. That really builds a relationship.:sarcasm:

18. Wasn't one of Bush's first acts to rescind all the NK agreements?
I seem to remember that. North Korea and cutting funding to the UN Population Fund. On his first day in office, I believe.

took office. Then he started prodding Jong-il, calling him names like the stupid bully he is.
