10. i have the comic from my newspaper...
1st frame - beetle is reading a newspaper which says "general halftrack is a great leader and his camp runs like a well-oiled machine."

2nd frame - beetle asks a fellow at a typewriter "did you write this?" and he answers, "yeah, i heard the pentagon is paying for positive news stories."

OUCH!

Dilbert or Doonesbury...or any of the comics on Salon.com.
