Thank You Senator Lieberman for Standing Tall Against the NRA.
The National Rifle Association has for years been a symbol of what is wrong with American government. With so many of our elected officials "in the pocket" of the NRA, they have come to epitomize how in America today, votes can sadly often be bought and sold to the highest bidder.

Thank you, Mr. Lieberman, for standing tall with 31 other patriotic senators, looking the NRA in the eye, and voting NO to corporate interests, and YES to the rights of the American people.

8. The bill in question is a good bill and should pass
The real effect of the lawsuits over things gun manufacturers have now control over is to raise prices for firearms and make guns harder for law abiding people to obtain. That means that the rich and powerful will be able to own guns and the poor and minorities will not. The masses will be disarmed and the rich will not be. Not a good thing if you believe in class struggle. It is also instructive to note how gun control in America is returning to its racist roots

10. yes, he deserves credit for this...but he should also support the
winner of the Democratic primary and not be trying to hedge his bets. Perhaps he should go out and talk about his liberal credentials and leave it in the hands of the voters whichever way they may go.
