A message to Congress
Gore gave us a way to speak to Congress. A clear message. Let's push it. It was a call for legislators to save the Constitution and the nation, not to play political football. It was a call to forsake selling themselves on the street corners and to focus on returning dignity to our institutions. Let us step forward and help them by demanding they endorse and WORK to push that plan he outlined. This is the campaign we should wage before the next elections. We should also make clear that if we don't see a change in the the way they they operate by election time, there will be an accounting. Tell legislators of both parties, not just Dems.

1. Yes, your memo to tell Repug Congresspeople IS important--they NEED
to know your opinion.

Tell legislators of both parties, not just Dems.
