I know they show O'reilly again at 11:00 PM EST and i think again in the middle of the night, so the numbers might be aggregate, not total viewers of his 8:00 show.

The ratings are for media buyers/agencies/advertisers who buy specific shows/time periods. They have no use for aggregating repeats of the same show.

The ratings among the key demo, 25-49, is relatively better than the overall rating since so many of O'Reilly's audience are old-timers. And Olberman becomes #3, not 4 in the time period.
