I've noticed this 'hole' before but this is the best picture of every seen of it. Could this 'hole' be the scar from an old tracheotomy? Why would Bush have needed a trach? Car wreck? Drug overdose? I don't know but that's a pretty big hole.

15. LOL
I bet his penis is even more shriveled up. That's why he's got such a crappy attitude. He's probably plugged up in the anal region too.

18. And rejecting common-sense answers.
I would wager that is someone posted a conspiracy theory answer that you would accept it uncritically.

That hole is fairly common on men of his age who have not become fat. Common does not mean that everyone has it, only that enough do that it is no unusual.

And the lighting in that picture is such that it accentuates the hole.

20. See my response earlier
when someone pointed out the real answer. That it's in the wrong place.

I rejected the lighting response because I'm a graphic artist and I look at images all day long. That is part of what draws me to looking at pics of Bush for new cuts and bruises. The picture above was a very carefully staged and lit photo op. There was nothing bad about the lighting.

19. Confluence of anatomy
You are obviously very young.

When you are at your next family reunion- or try visiting some folks at the old folks home (they would appreciate the company) notice their necks.

When people get older the tendons in their necks are more prominent because the skin is less supple, smooth and able to hold back the stronger tendons than in their youth. Wattles (for lack of a better term) and loose folds of skin develop and you get strange neck configurations.

He has a fairly prominent adams apple and his neck skin is responding to the upward turning of his head. That leaves a hole.

On second thought: its the breathing hole for the alien that lives inside him.

LOL, I'm just not sure if I should take that has a complement or an insult?

Anyway I'm in my 50's and I am blessed with a relatively nice neck and good skin, so I guess this is a condition I'm not exposed to much in my family.

22. I teach college students to draw naked people...you'd be surprised
at what they don't know about human anatomy.

If you have a nice fatty neck (no insult here, some people have a thicker layer of subcutaneous fat) even if you are thin, the tendons won't show as much. Stretch out your mouth and jut your chin out, if you can see the tendons that attach the underside of the back of your jaw to your collar bone, these are the ones that * is showing off.

Everybody is different but you should be able to get a sense of where they are.

His wattles are prominent even when he is not flexing his head, so some of it is just skin that has lost elasticity.

Genetics has some part. Smoking and other damaging habits like alcohol, which dries the skin out terribly, also play a role.

(If you are in your 50's and still pretty smooth, you should take my comment as a compliment)
