In Europe you cannot be charged with "conspiracy" |

Did anybody else hear that? I was listening to an NPR program earlier today and some Yale prof said it, mentioning that "conspiracy" is just too vague to be useful.

if you mean the association of several people to commit a crime, yes it is condemnable in Europe. Conspiracy in a political sense is different, because it depends on the political situation and the means used. But of course a plot to assasinate a President for example, would fall under criminal laws.
