The dysfunctional family of GAY
Edited on Thu Jul-13-06 02:23 AM by azurnoir
This family has 3 kids and is headed by an apparently single parent in this case the dad. The problem with the kids however is that they have take sibling rivalry to some incredibly murderous levels, with each one trying to claim that dad loves them best. They have for countless generations singlely or 2 of them working together tried to kill off the other sibling or siblings as the case may be.Currently the 2 oldest claim the that the youngest is trying to kill them and the youngest claims that no it is the older two trying to kill him. This has occurred in other permutations, but the middle child seem especially attention deprived and has almost constantly, since birth tried to kill or injure one or the other sibling. What about Mom, the one thing all 3 can agree on is that they don't know her and if fact deny she exists (although obviously she does). Dad on the other hand doesn't seem to think he's done any thing wrong, his kids just don't understand him, they just think they do. Quite frankly he is at a loss " These kids can't even agree on what to call me" One wants God, the other wants Allah, then Yahweh? For I while I thought it would be OK to let them call what they wanted but then they tried to claim that they had different fathers" This intrafamilar warfare has caused untold suffering and must be stopped, but how? Dad is at loss and maybe even thinking about giving up, maybe its time for Mom to come home.

edited for spelling

re: your title, "The dysfunctional family of GAY".

edit: Oh, you mean God, Allah, & Yahweh, I suppose. It wasn't immediately obvious.

14. Maybe it would have made more sense
if I had used Judaism as the parent, all three religions have the same base belief in a single deity (the SAME deity) but from the birth of Christianity and then Islam have fought about who this deity spoke the truth to, who understands and worships best. The end results are being seen in Lebanon, Gaza, and all over the ME right now.

7. The problem with using acronyms that only you know the meaning
of and are likely to be confused with something else entirely is that it makes us all go WTFMFWTFAYTA and think your post would be way cooler if it had some snakes and a plane.

11. It's also considered rude to write "Yahwah"
Or pronounce it or what have you. You can call it the tetragrammatron or something if you must.

13. I thought
I would get in trouble for writting out the G term, but not wanting to appear to favor anyone I wrote them all out. I did not know it was a no-no to write out Y though a local church has that as part of their name.

18. Hebrew.
Technically, it's YHWH, as Hebrew and other semitic languages haven't got vowels.

Hence the term tetragrammatron.
