1. Channel flipping this morning |
|
saw "coverage" on Imus show....Nazi Charles made the comment about Gore's Angry speech and then they played an audio clip with a video background of Gore speaking. While that was going on, one of Imus' lackies (couldn't tell which one) was LAUGHING in the background. Interestingly though...after the report, there was NO COMMENTARY they just went straight to commercial.

The fuckhead news anchor said, and I quote,
"The White House refused to dignify the speech with a comment, instead leaving the response to . . . "
"REFUSED TO DIGNIFY" . . . hmmmmmm. odd choice of non-neutral wording. Makes you wonder if they'll really report the meat of the issue even . . .

3. "When Democrats Attack" was Matt Lauer's headline |
|
this morning when they came back on the air at 7am.
Fuckwit!
I never watch the morning shows anyway so I shut the tv off. That kind of shit isn't even worth keeping on as background noise.

7. The media coverage is our own fault. |

Edited on Tue Jan-17-06 10:58 AM by carolinalady
When our leaders fail to speak out publicly and frame the message, they leave us wide open to media spin. Where is our Scott McClellan? or Tracy whatever her name is? Democrats never learn. ed:sp

9. C.B.S. is just obfuscating this issue, |
|
on page two at the end of the column, they cite this meaningless poll that two thirds of Americans approve of Bush wire tapping people they suspect, what drivel and bullshit is that. Are they so clueless as to still not get what this is all about? They do not mention that Bush did not get court approval for these taps, when all he had to do was ask for it. Bush's disdain for the law means nothing to C.B.S.
