That seems to be where many people are at today - especially Republicans. They don't seem to mind that their leaders are breaking the laws. That they are torturing people in our name - against all international laws and the Geneva Convention. They are spying on American citizens. Truth be known, they are also spying on thier political opponents. Laws that they do not wish to adhere, they simply sign a signing statement, and thus far none of those have been challenged in court.

They don't seem to mind that we are spending money like drunken sailors, and then they even lie about how much they have spent, by covering up the deficit with off-the-record spending. They don't seem to mind how many troops die in Iraq. They have convinced themselves it is for "freedom" - because that is what George W Bush said it was for. Why anyone would believe George W. Bush about anything is beyond me. But, they don't seem to mind...
