2. GO! I have a question...
when will the Does be named? Tomorrow? Somebody was saying it was common to file this way to allow room for more people being charged during the case...so, does that mean the names will be dribbled-out one by one over a period of time? I can hardly stand not knowing.

It's very readable and straightforward. Unfortunately it's difficult to understand the legal consequences of this action. Lawrence O'Donnel on KO this evening expressed doubt that there was a strong legal standing in the complaint. He predicted that the suit may get dismissed. John Dean was more positive, stating that it was a strong case.

I'm no lawyer, so I cannot say more than I hope that the suit ties up the principals for a few weeks with testimony from all the principals on the front page with three inch headlines.
