I know for certain that there were several tribes who were organized against this. Do you believe that they suddenly deflated and dissappeared?

It's easy to mistake the writer's stance because it is very quiet. :)

The tribes are ready to appeal this decision. I know that there are plans to boycott the City of Flagstaff. Native dollars probably contribute about 60% of the retail sales in Flagstaff.
