1. did you do any looking at all to see if this was the case?
I know for certain that there were several tribes who were organized against this. Do you believe that they suddenly deflated and dissappeared?

2. Read it again. The article is saying these tribes get no
support from other congregation when they protest the commercial use of sacred lands.

It's easy to mistake the writer's stance because it is very quiet. :)

3. If what was the case?
The tribes are ready to appeal this decision. I know that there are plans to boycott the City of Flagstaff.
Native dollars probably contribute about 60% of the retail sales in Flagstaff.
