somehow fix this fucked up mess in the Middle East?

It's pretty damned sad and frightening that there is no one within this current administration who gives a rat's ass.

Jimmy! Help! Please!

1. That's all but a hazy dream now...
I'm sure he's willing. And he's able. But he'll never be called upon.

We're in a new world now.

Competency? Compassion? Shrewdness? Understanding?

Please. There's a war on.

2. Great request
Chuck Hagle, GOP, was saying that someone like Colin Powell should be brought in to negotiate peace because "Condi is so busy". Jimmy Carter would be a much better choice, or Bill Clinton.

Hagle's remarks were a direct slap in the face to Condi, and deserved.

5. I watched that too, I also didn't agree with his picks.
Colin Powell in my opinion showed he was sold out to Bush and Bush is wrong headed about everything. So is Condi. sold out. Bill Clinton would be best. Bill's the guy that the Republicans said had blown his legacy. Turns out that they were full of shit on that too.

4. They hate Carter
Just this week I tuned through a wingnut on the radio and he was bashing Carter. I think the
Nobel Prize put them on tilt.

Even thou they were released on the SAME DAY as the Reagan inauguration (hmmm what a COINCIDENCE!)

9. Sure as hell need someone other than
Condi - she just isn't cutting it. Has she had any success since she 'flew up' to Secy of State?

I don't care WHO they get in there - Jimmy, Bill, Colin - they need someone fast before the whole place goes up like a tinder box.
