I like how Stephen Colbert really cracked Ron Suskind up...

Suskind looked like he could barely get ahold of himself.

I imagine doing political writing you run into quite a few sour characters. Arrogant people with little humor, overtly partisan etc. I even get sick of watching these people on tv or reading their op-eds and so on. And, I mean both sides too. It sickens me when a Dem just reiterates some tired old talking point. Right-Wingers are much more infuriating of course, though. No doubt about that, but working in that field, in general, has got to be a mess a lot of the time.

So I bet Suskind never ran into a guy like Colbert before. He looked like he had a lot of fun. Oh well, now I guess Ron has to go back into the other world of bloviating blowhards, cocktail parties and so on. :)
