C-Span Telling About Cruella's Implosion (scarborough running?) eeew! |
|
Chuck Todd was saying that she (harris) was calling around telling people that if joe scarborough runs, he'll have to answer questions about the "dead intern." He talked a little about this, and said harris tried to say she never did this ("whispering campaign" on jow s.), but her own staffers said it was true. I just wish they'd have mentioned about how the media & repugs labeled Gary Condit a murderer, at the SAME time this was supposed to have been in the news. Anyway, harris sure sounds desperate. Right after this, I saw that grover-isn't-he-supposed-to-be-in-prison?- norquist was on, so I QUICKLY changed the channel.

2. I'd love to see Cruella play the Lori Klausutis card. |

How delicious when the Puggies start exposing each other. Do you suppose Scarborough would retaliate by exposing some of Cruella's little tricks from the 2000 election?

when have you EVER seen an "incident" like this, even peripherally related to a serving congresscritter, get so IGNORED...totally..
It was like .."Joe said he had nothing to do with it, and let's move on"..
....
Nothing was said by any of her family (as would be the case usually)..the autopsy was done (in a BIG hurry) by a discredited coroner (I think he was carrying body parts around in the trunk of his car)..
the networks were white-hot after Condit 24-7.... but the crickets chirped for JoeyBoy..where were the demands to SEE the plane tickets and phone records that proved he was not in Florida when she mysteriously was working late and lost consciousness, fell and hit her head... Why was she there "alone" at night..after everyone else was gone...??
so many questions... and NO answers
Joe was an up-and-coming congressman who was always on all the talk shows, and when this happened, he all of a sudden RESIGNED (to spend more time with his family?)..(he and his wife divorced pretty darn soon afterwards)...and he was "nowhere-man" for a long time...

12. Ava, there is something not quite right about Scarborough, especially |
|
the abruptness with which he left office. He was a rising star on the right and then he just up and quits. Sure he's lobbing fireballs occasionally from outside, but there's a level of creepiness and just plain "something ain't rightness" about him.

He's a rising star; assistant dies in his office; suddenly he both leaves office, says he's not running again AND gets divorced, all in one fell swoop.
Somethin' DEFINITELY ain't right.
