The joke is that SOH Denny Hastert's skin infection is from inproperly sanitized, i.e., not desantorumized sheets!
I've actually thought of selling a cleaning product that promises that it "Gets the Santorum Out!" as a fast money maker on the internet, but my tubes are clogged from all the movies, so my internet to vendors hasn't come thru yet...
