It's official: Janeane's leaving Majority Report for good.

She announced tonight that next week's going to be her last week. Although she's been pretty much gone for the last 2 months, this makes it official.

Looks like Sam's taking over permanently; wonder if they'll still keep the Majority Report name, or if it'll change to The Sam Seder Show? Or will Sam get a new co-host?

she's a terrific actress and comedienne, and deserves to have a good career in those fields. i just happen to think she's a lousy talk-show host. Sam, on the other hand, has developed into one of the best of the best, and deserves his own show. I doubt if we've heard the last of Jeanine tho' ... she'll probably drop in once in a while to co-host or may sub for Sam when he's out.

she is too emotional. Sam maintains his cool, and argues on issues and facts not emotion and misinformation, which Jeanane frequently does
