Can you even imagine the money they are all going to make when all this "war-stuff" needs to be replaced? Every round spent, rocket shot off, missile sent flying, is a single-use commodity, and "must" be replaced.
Can't you just hear US aid money being sucked up by all these "sellers"?
My theory has always been that every decade or so, the stuff they have, becomes rather passe' , and we all know how "boys love their toys"...escpecially NEW toys...with BIGGER booms, and MORE bang..
The only way they can justify getting new ones, is to USE up the old ones...
Perhaps this is one reason that Halliburton & Co is bowing out of OUR military contracts...perhaps they see another way to get US dollars, through proxy wars in "other places"...from "other people"...
Same money..just a slight re-route..and it's infintely harder to track down and pin to them..
