In the eyes of freepers, Jimmy Carter is the worst president in US history
But what would Carter be doing right now as Israel bombs Lebanon?

1. In the eyes of Freepers there are not many signs of intelligence, just
a sort of cruddy glaze.

2. One thing he wouldn't be doing is having a pig roast with Angela Merkel.
He'd be up all night with his Cabinet striving for peaceful resolution.

15. He did. He offered them a better deal
than Carter was willing to give, and part of the deal was that they not release them until he took office so he could take the credit.

Poppy Bush arranged it all.

Stabbed Carter in the back.

5. Camp David Accords
if Carter was President, he would have been working on middle east peace rather than invading Iraq. it would never have gotten to this point if Carter is President.

and i have no respect in any way for anyone who still argue Carter or anyone other than Bush is the worst President after everything that has happened under Bush. or continue to support Bush in any way.

7. I don't have respect for them either
And you know those people still can't comprehend how essential it is to maintain peace in the Middle East, if only for the sake of peace.

8. Dude, several long-time posters called him anti-Semitic in I/P a few...
...months ago because of his criticism of Israel. Messages deleted, water under the bridge and all that, but it's a fact.

12. When it comes to Israel ...
many Americans act no different than how the right-wing Miami Cubans act about Castro. It's a very extremist position.

I'm not a fan of Castro nor am I anti-semetic, but I'm able to look at the issues objectively. There are wrongs on both sides and both sides have been wronged(in both the Castro/Miami Cuban issue and Israel/Muslim issue).

18. Every morning I read the Miami Herald
I usually scan the front page then quickly turn to the editorial page to read the LTTEs and the editorials. The Herald is not afraid to bash Bush, Georgie or Jebbie. They are not afraid to question the war. And they were not afraid to question the administration in the raid of the Miami Seven.

But when it comes to Israeli or Cuban issues, they will never rock the boat.

9. The problem with Carter
Is that he was too honest...honest people in Washington get ripped to shreds.
Washington is corrupt to the core.

11. "Freepers," I would guess, are John Dean's "Conserv's w/o a Conscience"
...whose "opinions" are mindlessly dictated for them...individually irrelevant, therefore, and more like symptoms of social disease than expressions of human reflection.

17. I wasn't insinuating they were correct, cause they are ignorant as fuck
I'm just wondering if they still see Carter as a "weak" president and the shrub as a "strong" president.

16. Well? Freepers are idiots. So what?
They also think WMDs are either buried in the desert or were secreted out to Syria.
They think that Kerry and Cleland were cowards.
They think that corporations and corporate religion should control our government.
They think Clinton is responsible for 9/11. Even though they warned them. Even though the Repukes defied his anti-terrorism initiative.
They think "fighting them over there" will keep them safe.
They think that the Canadian or European system of health care does not work.
They think the Bush tax cuts actually affect them.
They think there is a "death tax." And it will impact them.
They think that Rush, Sean, Neil, and the rest of the rabid RW radio pack speak the truth.
They think that Global Warming is a made up meme to make corporations toe the line.
They think that it's OK to cheat on taxes, hire illegal immigrants, and in general screw the gov't as long as it lines their pockets.

They hate you and ...
They think YOU are a traitor.

If you have a bumper sticker they don't like, they think it'll be OK to run you off the road.
They are good Germans.

but arent (Christian, responsible, patritoic, common),

BUT ALSO

every single complaint they have about Carter could just as easily be applied to Bush.

30. Freepers don't know much, then.
Carter worked to keep the peace and make life better for ALL Americans.

With the exception of Bill Clinton, the turds that've followed him have made money off of war and making life better for the rich.

CRAZY TURDBALL
