The voiceover near the end sounds like there was some audio clipping, like the gain was set too high during recording. Also, there's about a minute of dead air after it's done but the movie keeps playing. Chop that off and it'll reduce the file size.

...YouTube uses the middle frame to represent videos.
I wanted to have Uncle Sam in the middle frame, and so we added black frames to the end.
I wish YouTube gave someone who uploads a video several choices, instead of automatically using the middle frame.
Regarding the audio, you're probably right that the "gain was set too high during recording" but that was the best take.
