Has anyone 'google news' "Joe Wilson" and/or "Valerie Plame" lately?
Since their announcement yesterday to file a civil suit against the VP and other senior administration officials, almost every news report bashes the Wilson's.

Meanwhile Cheney is running around the Midwest fundraising and no one even asks him what he thinks? The left is silent and the right is making all the talking points? Why do we continue to allow this to happen?

Valerie Plame Wilson, Ready for Her Close-Up
By Justin Rood - July 14, 2006, 3:00 PM

The media love Valerie Plame Wilson.

Scratch that. Everybody loved Valerie Plame Wilson at the National Press Club this morning, where Plame and her husband, Joe Wilson, announced their civil suit against Vice President Cheney, Karl Rove and Scooter Libby. And where Valerie herself spoke, walked, and smiled for a grateful media audience, for perhaps the first time since the scandal broke.

"She's pretty," commented a desk clerk after a large scrum of camerafolk and reporters followed the infamous outed former CIA operative to the exit of the club. A fellow employee nodded his agreement...

Shallow? Undoubtedly. Sexist? You betcha. Will her beauty bring this story more attention and her cause more sympathy? Yes!

Operation Hot Babe is a go!

The press love her! She's totally photogenic! Look, I know it's crummy but for once, being blonde and gorgeous is going to work in our favor.

12. That made it extra dangerous for the work she did. No doubt she's been put
in situations where she had to use her looks - and the type of powerful men that go after beauty in a ruthless way increases her danger.

5. I have a link to Google News on my blog
so I went there to check it out.

Right hand side of page, under US news, I found this info.

Below the short article on Novakula there were a couple of links to yesterday's news conference.

http://www.latimes.com/news/nationworld/nation/la-na-leak15jul15,0,3403586.story?coll=la-story-footer

there are extra links to national news that I didn't check out, so I don't know if they covered the event.
