Just look at the statements coming out of Syria and Iran.
You may not like the term Islamofascist but muslim extremists exist, individually and collectively as terrorist organizations and as states. In the case of Lebanon, Hezbollah and Hamas are de facto nation states in their respective areas - nation states who have declared war on Israel and nation states Israel is entirely justified in eradicating.
