Attribution help needed: Clinton quote, what is this from?
I'm about to dive into an essay theorizing one of the underlying reasons (and an obscure overlooked one that is sure to offend a great number of people unfortunately) for the current "mass insanity" in the United States.

Clinton's quote, “There is nothing wrong with America that cannot be cured with what is right in America.” is a nice one for illustrating one of my points. I've found the quote all over the internet, but no indication as to which speech or when it was first said.

Campaign trail? Convention? Inauguration? State of the Union?

Thanks!
