Listening to older Malloy shows

These are just before the 2004 elections . Odd , callers and Mike all are trying to face what to do if bush steals 2004 , there is talk about protests and moving out of country , al the same talk many of us share right now . Mike or the callers don't claim to have the answer , no one could have . But here we are again in worse shape than ever and now what will we do ?

Is november it , does this decide our fate , is there a country to flee too , would you flee if there were .

I have no idea what I will do , like many . Who knows what to do if the time presents itself and turns out badly . I think it's impossible to predict how the voting will turn out because this is what we did the last two elections and ended up in shock . All the protests seem to have died out and lost faith if you don't get arrested trying .

You remember how hopeful and certain we were that Kerry would be our president , I'm certain you do , I will never forget the day after the elections , never .

6. I moved out of the country....

But the country that I moved out of was Canada... so that doesn't count ;)

But I too will never forget that day.

Many folks that I chatted to on rrmb back when it was happening wanted to give 2006 a chance before they made serious plans to pull up roots and plant them elsewhere...

We shall see what happens then.

I do know that Bermuda is Desperate for professionals with good qualifications (primarily accountants and IT professionals)
