You wanted to know who was responsible for DCCC pulling the Ad?
Here are the culprits.

Chet Edwards (DINO-Texas) and John Spratt (DINO-SC)

I think these two sell-out cowards should get a ton of letters and calls from DUer's.

5. You're absolutely right.
I'm really starting to wonder about my party. And I'm thoroughly commited to a congressional campaign thru Nov. After that, I don't have a clue.

11. Sorry -- only one of them is DLC...
Edited on Sat Jul-15-06 09:05 PM by wyldwolf
Which makes the other non-DLC. Right?

Perhaps you have a source stating the DLC put Spratt up to it? No? Didn't think so.

From the article from CNN:

Privately, Democrats acknowledge that Spratt and Edwards must condemn the video because they represent Republican districts.

23. answer the question
Bush soundly defeated Sen. John Kerry (D-Massachusetts) 70 percent to 30 percent in the 2004 presidential contest, while Chet Edwards won re-election that same year by a 51 percent to 47 percent margin.

Again, wanna lose that seat?

17. Jack Spratt..omg

Jack Spratt could eat no fat
His wife would eat no lean
And so between the pair of them
They licked the platter clean

Origin to words of Jack Sprat can be found in British History!

The Jack Sprat alluded to in this English poem is reputed to be King Charles I (1625-1649)
and Henrietta Maria, his Queen (1609-1669).
Apparently, when King Charles (Jack Sprat) declared war on Spain,
parliament refused to finance him (leaving him lean!)
So his wife imposed an illegal war tax (to get some fat!) after the angered King (Jack Sprat) dissolved Parliament.

20. It should keep running until the day after the elections!!!!
When you have a good message, why pull it?!!!!

Rub their faces in their failures! We let them frame it as using dead troops for political gain.
