My sister said exactly that not two weeks ago when talking about Iraq and the many people/kids who have died since the invasion.

Isn't it these same RWers who like to say "War is hell" to excuse what they call "collateral damage"? Seems to me if they know there's going to be "collateral damage" and they do it anyway, that qualifies as the intentional killing of innocents. Which is all the more reason for them to start using the gift God gave them and think twice before letting the government sucker them into supporting unjustified wars and US-backed coups against democratically elected leaders of foreign nations.
