Dr. Nicholas Bartha died yesterday.

The conservative rant he emailed to news organizations before blowing up the building in Manhattan includes:

Air America in N.Y.C. they went, as far as to take over WLIB, 1190 AM the station with no listeners now. The program used to serve in the past, Caribbean listeners now is part of Air America Radio. On some of the programs in the past listeners would call in with their problems for advice. Now they have no outlets. So much of the respect for diversity.

Air Americas a T.V. program on Sundance T.V. channel with far left political content. One can hear Al Franken, Jerry Springer (we know who he is) and other far left lunatics. Soros is one of the contributors.

2. In his rant he referred to NY Supreme Court Justice Joan Lobis

as the judge who presided over his divorce. She is very well respected.

He wasn't a terrorist. He was patently deranged.

POLITICALLY THE COUNTRY IS A DISASTER.

The last decision of the Supreme Court that property can be appropriated not only for public interest by localities with the eminent domain low. Now it can be used to appropriate private property and give it at cut-rate prices to a private developer who should pay market prices if they want to make money. This is a good prescription to be abused by unscrupulous city fathers to squise more tax money AND appropriate for themselves some of it.

Further deconstructing the Constitution by the Constitutional Judges for their political aims, like it is a piece of art in a Soho Art gallery, is further eroding the liberties of Americans the right to own properties undisturbed based on the Constitution I am not surprised which judges made the decisions and why.The liberal side of the Supreme Court to squeeze out more taxes to give it to the " needy" in other words support income redistribution.
