So are things coming unraveled for the Administration or going as planned
Edited on Sun Jul-16-06 10:10 AM by Toots
Is this PNAC's wet dream or is everything coming unraveled because of complete incompetence. Are we dealing with masterminds or blundering idiots? Why is there such a loud silence from them anyway?

2. I don't know
It looks like they screwed up in Iraq and Iran is way behind schedule. Now N. korea is making noise that has them scratching, their pitbull is about to slip its chain.
I think they believe that the ball is breaking their way, I also firmly believe they've got their holes all ready to run into while the rest of us suffer for their twisted vision.

3. They're too stupid to figure out what to do..
Edited on Sun Jul-16-06 10:24 AM by tridim
when things get out of their control. It seems like they didn't even think about a plan B, they just stick with the original plan even if it becomes apparent that it's fatally flawed. They're the poster boys for failure and incompetence.

7. Going as planned
The world won't go along with Bush starting a war with Iran, so Israel will start it for him.

10. No way is this helping the Republicans.
Bush is standing at 3 forks in the road and every one is a disaster. Plus, he's being insulted by the leader of Russia.

Gas is heading towards $4.00 a gallon, Korea is launching long range missiles and Iran hasn't had to do a thing. Bush is virtually being indundated with evidence of incomptence.

15. Maybe, in the good ol' times when thet had elections, this mattered.
Nowadays, they only look at the bottom line. War is money for these people. Some of the money will go to secure even more power.

This admin isn't incompetent. They're accomplishing their goals.
We are seeing the end result of decades worth of planning.

12. Exactly right
THey're looting two countries and trying to make life unlivable for a majority of people in both. We're becoming a third world country at present and that makes them extremely happy. This is all out class warfare.

They do not serve or represent this country. They serve and represent the priveleged few against the rest of us. "National security" my ass, Iraq is a resource war and a profiteering operation.

17. Yes. And the taxpayers' children's grandchildren R being sucked
out of their money, credit, flesh and blood. What more could the lawless neocons ever want? It's their life-long dream world unfolding, and we know they don't care for anyone but their small circle of havemores.

The dice R piped.

If anything, they were getting impatient with too much peace in the ME. They did sabotage Clinton's efforts, remember? Perle was dispatched with promises by the BFEE and derailed the talks. Then Bush blamed Clinton for "raising expectations" - therefore the one to blame for anything going wrong there.

18. Given the US, standing totally alone, vetoed the UN resolution
re working towards a ceasefire, one can only surmise that the crisis in the Middle East is exactly what they want, imo.

20. I stand by what I said.
Bush is being seen as a blunder of the millenium. There was nothing planned about this. It started because Israel has a new leader who does not know how to negotiate.

Combine that with a U.S. president who is an idiot, and you have what you see on televsion now.

This is going to affect everybody's pocket in the United States. And it's going to be because of O-I-L.

Watch and see where the approval polls go.
