"DISTRACTED" WH PLAYS "MINOR ROLE" AS ISRAEL GOES TO WAR: President George W. Bush and U.S. diplomats, distracted by threats from North Korea to Iraq, are playing a minor role as an escalating confrontation between Israelis and Arabs risks wider Middle East violence. David Welch, U.S. assistant secretary of state for Near Eastern affairs, and Elliott Abrams, deputy assistant to the president, only arrived in the region yesterday, 17 days after the abduction of an Israeli soldier in the Gaza Strip set off the crisis. Bush hasn't spoken to any Middle Eastern leaders in the past couple of weeks, according to National Security Council spokesman Frederick Jones. 1. Deliberately downplaying their maneuverings in all this. Hardline Israelis
have been led to believe that BushInc will protect them when they've actually been USED to cause the destruction of Israel just like the Nazis wanted.

Coddle the neocons and Netanyahu followers, while coddling the surrounding Arab countries, and foster the growing fundamentalism in THIS country so that they will easily accept a nuclear event in the mideast as an endtimes prophecy fulfilled.

Gets rid of a large number of Jews and Muslims for BushInc, and helps assure perpetual war for the corporate fascists looking to take complete control.

3. Spot the lie.
It's right here.

Bush hasn't spoken to any Middle Eastern leaders in the past couple of weeks, according to National Security Council spokesman Frederick Jones.

Liar, liar. The story from Friday about Bush rejecting Lebanon's call for a cease-fire says the direct opposite.

Flying here from Germany, Bush called the leaders of Lebanon, Egypt and Jordan to explore ways to end three days of furious fighting between Israel and Hezbollah militants in Lebanon.

Guys, if you're gonna lie, at least make sure you're all telling the same lie. Sheesh.
