What is your view on the GOP? Are they Evil or ignorant?
Edited on Sun Jul-16-06 09:42 PM by BrentWill4U
Are they misguided ignorant fools or are they evil power hungry animals. Does the majority of their views come from ignorance and being fooled or from being evil? Is it an evil leadership fooling a massive amount of fools? At this point, when the evidence is so strong concerning this administration, a fundamental question is why 30 percent of American falls into the GOP camp. Is it evil or ignorance? Is there some other explanation for how 30 percent of Americans can still be with this administration?

8. Can you really be both?
If you don't know what is good and what is evil, are you really to blame for picking evil?

23. of course you can be both
there is such a thing as deliberate ignorance, making a choice to shut your mind because it's convenient

when a man has access to the best education at the best ivy league schools and has every opportunity in life to learn -- then to be ignorant is a deliberate act of evil in itself

and that is what we are talking abt w. * and the whole * administration -- a deliberate decision made to ignore facts and reality because they wanna steal

24. willfully ignorant and stupid.
have the chance to learn, have all the information there and would rather not bother their beautiful minds to look at it, think about it, work at learning.

3. Some are evil. Some are ignorant. Some are stupid.
Some are all three.

The GOP is a herd of sheep lead by wolves in sheep's clothing.

10. I say there both....
Ignorant Republicans lie in the house and republicans in the senate are evil. Here's some examples.

Ignorant Republicans: Adam Putnam(FL), Patrick McHenry(NC), Virginia Foxx(NC), Mario Diaz Balart(FL), Steve King(IA).

True Evil Republicans: Rick Santorum(PA), Bill Frist(TN), Jon Kyl(AZ)

12. If I had to use some adjectives ...
I would think that "selfish" and "greedy" are better descriptors. After all,you can't get power by being ignorant and evil is just a label for those "not like us". I'm more inclined to believe that your basic Republican "have more" citizens has been brand-labeled into thinking they are Republican with the attitude of "I got mine". Unfortunately, the Wal-Mart Republicans operate on fear of loss. If the Democrats win, they think are going to lose their guns, bibles and money. This is selfishness and greed being used to blame someone when they aren't succeeding. Some may call it evil; I think it is just pathetic.

17. Ignorant
There are leaders and followers. They are followers, content to let others think for them. They are ignorant, subscribing to the notion of fear, uncertainty and doubt. They believe that only the likes of the chimp can keep them safe from terra. They believe that we are unpatriotic. They are braindead drones, just like the Borg, part of an all-powerful collective.

20. 96% ignorant; 4% evil -- 96% mistakenly believe Bush supports them (they
are ignorant); 4% accurately believe Bush supports them (they are evil).

CAVEAT: Many of the 96% are also gratuitously evil, and an equally large portion of the 4% are dumb as well as evil.
