2. Either Elad or Earl G posted that they would work on a new hate mailbag

but that was months ago. I posted a question about a new hate mailbag and they responded. They said they were really busy with other DU stuff and said they'd try to publish a new version as soon as they could. Maybe there simply isn't enough good hate mail anymore?
Perhaps no one but a few of the most hardcore freepers even bother to e-mail the administrators.

3. Hate may give people a kick

but it's exhausting and sometimes it kills. Either it has to be allowed to exercise itself physically (think Rwanda) or it tends to destroy the hater or to peter out.

I think the latter may be happening, leaving haters drained and on the edge of despair.

Hate is a bad drug. It's just like meth.
