Due to a "redline monitor fault". My guess is the windspeed exceeded specifications.

"Scrubbing for the day... will recycle for 24 hour window"? (not sure if I got all that right)

EDIT:
Now rescheduled for 1:16PM EST tomorrow.
Windspeed at pad exceeded 33 knots. That's what caused the delays throughout the afternoon.

1. It's windy as hell in TX so I imagine they're feeling the initial
effects of that right about now.

3. Very windy...
My garbage can was skidding down the street yesterday afternoon. It's still very windy here in the Austin area today, so I don't know that they will get it off the ground tomorrow either.

13. Budget cuts, they can no longer afford the high cost of human intelligence
ergo send Bush! The best part is we save even more taxpayer money because he's already on the "gubmint" payroll and he already has his own "gubmint ishood" helmet and flight suit.

They asked him if he wanted to go see where all the pet goats go when they die. The sadistic little twit couldn't wait to volunteer to go see dead things so he's packing his toothbrush and jammys even as we speak. He wanted to stop by on the way to the 'big rocket' to ask his brother Jeb if he wanted to go too. The nice NASA man told Georgie that there was only room for one on the 'big rocket' and he probably shouldn't mention his trip to Jeb at all or else Jeb might get jealous. :)

12. well, I'm glad they're being cautious ...
A day's delay in a 9-year mission won't be a problem ... but a bundle of plutonium (from the onboard powerplant) going "splat!" because of a messed-up launch sure would be!
