if they want to be rescued?
a pic on CNN showed the site and a page to fill out with all kinds of info
something is not right about that.
and they have to agree to pay for transport or take out a loan?????

Somehow I doubt that you're kidding.
Has our country come to THIS?! Holy CRAP.
If people DO take out a loan, can they at least use it as a tax credit- or not have to pay taxes as their government failed to protect them during the catastrophe.

This couldn't be more horrific....before they are allowed transport, they must sign a paper stating that they will pay the charges. If they are a minor, their guardian is responsible.
