Bush was groomed by PNAC to be president because of his daddy's name recognition and his willingness to follow PNAC policy in the ME. If you visit PNAC website, you can read the letters they wrote to Clinton and see that Bush is following the plan that PNAC tried to get Clinton to follow. He is a willing tool, but a tool nonetheless.
