Bush's "shit" doesn't bother me at all
if you've spent any time in politics, you know that that kind of conversation takes place all the time. Now we can talk all day on whether it was staged or not, and it may have been. but if it wasn't, then it was a perfectly normal conversation between two politicans. the moments i'll most remember in my budding political career is watching two politicans discuss strategy and whatnot, whether it be a state senator and a mayor, or an adivsor and a labor person. that's where everything goes down, in private.
I hate bush and everything he stands for, but I can't get pissed at his convo with blair, 'cause i've seen enough dems do it to know that it happens with any politicans. and if it was staged, then it fits with the rest of the charade that is the bush 'presidency.'

9. And that will probably be broadcast over and over
and not one single fine will be levied. But let anyone from Randi Rhodes to Tom Leykis let it slip on the air and there is hell--and $320,000--to pay.

5. "... fits with the rest of the charade that is the bush presidency."
That's why we should really DRIVE HOME this issue. The Republicans were always complaining how Clinton's bad conduct cast a bad reputation on Their Oval Office. We can assert with confidence that Bush's uncouth language and glib demeanor is an embarrassment to Every Hard Working American in the eyes of The World Community. :(

7. Mr.bush's "pig" comments bother me more
I don't care if he cusses, who the hell does, damnit anyway? But showing the total disconnect from the rest of the world with the "pig" comments, that is embarassing and telling and shows what about him bothers me.

10. exactly
i HATED that he was our president at that moment, hell not even reagan would've said that. I know i'm going to go to hell for saying this but at least reagan had some sort or knowledge of gravitas when it came to big crisis and whatnot.

14. Agree Completely. It Was 100% Non-Offensive And Is A Complete Non-Issue.
As far as it being staged or not, I could really care less about that too. All in all the story is one huge yawwwwwnnnnnnnnnn to me.
