10. Actually, it's a recognition that both sides are WRONG,

have been wrong for decades, and will undoubtedly go on being wrong until everyone in the region is dead or too exhausted by slaughter to lift a weapon.

It's also a recognition of how close this thing is to boiling over into the whole region and then to the whole world.
