Edited on Mon Jul-17-06 09:10 PM by Bonobo
MODS: I wanted to repost with a more suitable title because I think its an important story.

This man is daangerously disconnected IMHO. My jaw hot the floor when I saw this!

Words fails me...maybe someone else can describe how embarrassing this is.

1. I hope like hell that the 'powers that be' in D.C. have some damned
good contingency plans, that include neutralizing Darth Cheney - when * checks himself into the hospital.

:wow:

2. The increasing frequency of instances
where W has no sense of boundaries is to me the best proof yet that he has some major alcohol/drug issues still attending him.

If this is how he's acting at this incendiary time, we're all f*%#ed.

5. EXACTLY. That's exactly
what he displayed in those shocking photos. I mean, really. Right out in the open? It would be one thing if they were in some private meeting.

But it looks like some kind of public place....OMG....this man is disintegrating before our eyes.

And Look closely at his face....crap, he looks like a maniac. He is.

10. Agreed. Look at the face...
...Bush looks detatched, walkin' zombie roiled by some kind of demonic inner turmoil. The man is broken and sick, imo.

Now I cringe whenever I see anything posted about him. Because I know it's going to be some stupid shit like this.

The man is seriously ill.

He has been showing signs of mental or drinking problems for awhile. Hopefully these pics legitimize the issue and people will wake up.

27. I responded on another thread this way:
If Clinton had ever tried a stunt like that, the repukes would have bypassed the impeachment process and immediately called the guys in the white coats to take him away in a straightjacket. They'd later loosen the restraints just enough for him to sign his name to a letter of resignation.

she have a warrant issued. See if she can prevent him ever trying to go back to Germany again.

29. No. Assualt is the apprehension of an immediate harmful or offensive
bodily contact.

Battery is the contact.

11. That is by far the creepiest thing I have ever seen.....
as it was coming from the President of the US. I believe he has fallen into madness and he needs help because I can't believe even he is that stupid. Our country needs a leader with all his/her faculties and he has totally lost his. Someone has to intervene and get him some therapy. I am still shocked!!!

A complicated mess like this war? Get Syria to stop the shit. See? It's all quite simple. I wanna go biking now. I can do it because I'm the pResident.

13. * is constantly stepping beyond societal boundaries. His constant pawing
of persons in his vicinity is completely inappropriate.

Merkel is quite obviously trying to resist his putting both of his hands on her shoulders by very quickly raising both of her arms dislodging his grip on her. You can see that she was disturbed by his pawing her.

If I were her I would have sought help from my body guards or security. * needs to be put in his place so he will know there will be consequences if he continues to manhandle people.

Putin should also have nipped his pawing of him in the bud.

21. Surprise Response
Raising the arms up and out is a natural suprise response to an approach like this from behind. Used as a tactic to control someone in arrest and restraint. When their arms go out and up in surprise response to some unexpected force from behind on their shoulder or head area, put your arms under theirs and your palms with fingers interlaced on the back of their head.

Taught to me in shore patrol training. Practiced it but never used it.

Totally a classic suprise response on her part to what this idiot did.

16. It's a sign of dominance
You get this all the time from drunks and bullies, if you have the misfortune to be around them.

State visits are really meaningless functions. Bush and Condie are impotent. Cheney and Rumsfeld are running the country. Bush senior doesn't care as long as their investments in the armaments industries and aerospace are doing well.

26. Having Been around too many alcoholics
I have thought this about George W. Bush from early on. They want to pretend that they are your good buddy, calling out to you to say hello, how's it going - actually challenging you to respond, and when you do not respond in a like - pseudo friendly manner, lookout here comes the bile aimed right at you. And, in the same way they do not respect personal, or as shown with Bush and the German Chancellor, cultural boundaries. Certainly, such invasion of one's body, uninvited and clearly unwelcomed, is a marker of sexual harassment. This is especially so in power relationships - men in superior positions seem to act and feel as if they have some right to invade - touch, hug, massage shoulders of women subordinates. An age old issue.

Thankfully the German Chancellor had the gumption to show her displeasure in the moment!

Now, on the international scene, in front of the cameras, with the acknowledge leaders of the major economic powers, he behaves in such a vile way. And, his behavior is certainly not challenged by his staff or senior advisors - the puny potentate would have their heads if they were to point out the inappropriateness of his offensive behavior.

Imagine Condi, telling him, "I don't care if you are the most powerful man in the world, you tough me again and I'll knock you into the middle of next week."

I hate the behavior of alcoholics - its is so self-centered and indulgent and worst the perpetrator has no clue, or won't fess up to it, of the severe pain they cause the people around them. That's why there is the making amend step int he 12 step program. I' do not want to be around such people and I can't stand seeing this sick person staying in the position he is in.

Somehow some group of brave sould who know him and he in some way trust, can get the courage to conduct and intervention with him - show him the door and go get help, or we will throw you out - NOW!

It's so disturbing that this person has so much power and no one says anything or does anything....makes me wonder why our government doesn't have safeguards to protect us.

35. "Liebes attacke" means what? Sexual harrassment?
Does anyone know what it translates to? Not a transliteration, its obviously "love attack," but rather, a translation of what this term corresponds to in English?
