are the ODD Homeland Security funding just money laundering for donations

for the RNC.. are they giving money to small Republican companies so they can simply donate our tax money to the party..??

someone needs to find out.. it is all public domain.. but i dont know how to do it

a lot of the money is going to bakeries , mortuaries etc, it is too weird and that always makes me think it is money laundering
